1. Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are working on expanding our reach and hope to serve more locations in the future.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. There are no additional shipping costs, regardless of the order size.

3. What are your shipping times?

  • Order Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 4-7 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time from order placement to receipt is usually between 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Do you offer same-day shipping?

We do not offer same-day shipping. However, we aim to process all orders placed by 5:00 pm (AEST) the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Diners Club
  • Apple Pay

Payments are securely processed and we do not store your payment information.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is processed, we are unable to make changes to it. If you realize that you’ve made an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aussiekloth.com or call +61 485 939 875. We will try to assist you, but please note that if your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to modify it.

8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.

  • Return Shipping: If you made a mistake with your order (wrong size, color, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping.
  • Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will process the return and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

9. What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund. Please email us at support@aussiekloth.com with a description of the issue and any relevant photos to help us process your request quickly.

10. How do I know which size to order?

We provide a detailed Size Guide on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us at support@aussiekloth.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

11. How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund to your original payment method.

13. Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are constantly improving our services, so please check back with us in the future for any updates.

14. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@aussiekloth.com or call +61 485 939 875. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate the change. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
